Curriculum
The curriculum at The Cornerstone School can best be described as progressive, challenging, focused on the "whole child" and developmentally appropriate.
In our classrooms you will find:
An emphasis on learning by doing – hands-on projects, experiential learning
Opportunities where curriculum is integrated and presented as thematic units

Assessment by varied means, including an evaluation of child’s projects and productions
Curriculum based the standards set by the various National Subject associations. A learning environment designed with the intention for each student to develop into an independent self directed learner and critical thinker who can problem solve confidently, assertively, collaboratively and respectfully.
