Youth Soccer Camp Ages 9-13

Week 1, Monday July 16th - Friday July 20th
Week 2, Monday July 23rd - Friday July 27th
It is a week long camp that runs on 2 different weeks following the same schedule, there are 20 spots for each week.
The week will be split into skill sessions, with each day finishing with small side games to practice those skills.
When: Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm
Where: Brick City Park, 1211 SE 22nd Rd, Ocala, FL 34471.
How much: $100/week
We will provide Gatorade for the children but they need to bring their own water bottles ans any snacks they want.

Thursday - Control, Heading
Friday - Attack/Defense, Positions, Large sided game
Coaching staff
Coach John has been teaching soccer for 9 years and coaching soccer for 10 years. He is currently coaching middle school soccer at The Cornerstone School. Before moving to the USA he coached soccer for 8 years in Wales and holds a UEFA C Coaching and Refereeing qualification.
Coach Jeremy has been coaching soccer at The Cornerstone School for 3 years. Before coaching he played for 10 years including playing on on the Forest High Varsity soccer team.

Space will only be guaranteed with payment of $100 per child registered by credit card.  If a session is full then we will start a waiting list.  Please keep a copy of this form for your records.  Please provide your camper with a refillable water bottle.   Pick up is at 12:00 p.m. Late care is not available.

I remit $100 per child, per session  (non transferable), which applies toward the camp fee. We are not able to offer refunds for late entrances or early withdrawals, voluntary or involuntary. Full payment is required to hold a space once the due date for a camp session has passed. I understand that a refund of camp fees will be given if I cancel 3 weeks prior to the camp session my child is attending.

My son / daughter has no communicable disease which would make him / her an unhealthy camp mate for others. To the best of my knowledge, my child is in good health. If my child is exposed to any INFECTIOUS DISEASE or CONTAGIOUS CONDITION within (4) weeks prior to attending camp, I will notify / call the camp. I hereby give permission to the medical personnel designated by the camp personnel to order x-rays, routine tests and treatment for my child, and in the event I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician selected to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and to order injections or anesthesia and/or surgery for my child named above. This authorization may be copied for use off campus.

I agree that The Cornerstone School / Cornerstone Soccer Camp can collect, use, disclose and store personal information  as stated in its Privacy Policy. I hereby release The Cornerstone School / Cornerstone Soccer Camp and its employees from all claims, demands, losses and actions of the participation of the applicant named in any facility or at any location where a program is being held (including day trips). By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I accept and agree to abide by Cornerstone’s Policies.

Through my registration, I give permission to allow photographs, video, and audio recordings of my child to be taken during camp activities. I further give permission and consent that any such photographs, video, audio recordings may be published and used by The Cornerstone School / Cornerstone Soccer to illustrate and promote the camp/soccer experience by The Cornerstone School / Cornerstone Soccer Camp.

Refund Policy: The camp fee must be paid in full prior to each session to retain a Camper's space. Camp fees may not be transferred to another camper and refunds will not be given for days absent. If payment is received in full prior to the due date and a cancellation is necessary then a refund of camp fees will be given if this cancellation occurs t​hree weeks prior to the start date of the camp session.

Waiting List: In the event that a camp session is full, a waiting list will be taken. We will notify you by email and phone if a space for your child is available; we need a response within 24 hours. After that time we will move to the next person on the waiting list. Please let us know if you would like to be removed at any time.  A deposit is not required until space is available.
