If any of your FLL team members have younger siblings coming to our Robopalooza on January 7th to watch their older brothers and sisters compete, we have got a great robotics opportunity for them! Rather than watching…they can get involved! For the price of $10.00 they can participate in our Jr. Lego League STEM activity.
We are offering an opportunity to robotics enthusiasts from Kindergarten to third grade. It is a special STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) activity. This activity will be led by the Lego Educators and involve students in a one hour activity using Lego Education WeDo kit 2.0.!
Brief description of activity:
“Children are introduced to the basics of programming using Lego Education WeDo kit 2.0.. These Lego compatible bots work independently and together. Students will work as a team using I-Pads to program with color and object sensors. This program is intended for students in kindergarten through upper elementary grades.
